I am about 40 miles from Mount St. Helens and even though it’s a sunny day with lots of glare, I can still see it. Not do much it’s features as it’s outlined — and the hollowed out top. I believe that is called its caldera?

I’ve been struggling deciding whether to head over there or not. I won’t have time to hike so I’ve decided just to wave at it from here. I’m both frustrated not to have time to go there and, even more so, this trouble I’m having making decisions. In part it’s because I am tired. In part because I have a toothache. And in part because I’m beating myself up over my indecisiveness!
