Mosquitoes! I camped by a lake last night. Fortunately I slept in Hi Ho Silver. But in the short time it took me to crawl into my rack, a hundred of them got into the truck. I still haven’t killed then all.

Mosquitoes (or mosquitos) are members of a group of almost 3,600 species of small flieswithin the family Culicidae (from the Latin culexmeaning "gnat"). The word "mosquito" (formed by mosca and diminutive-ito) is Spanish and Portuguese for "little fly".[Mosquitoes have a slender segmented body, one pair of wings, one pair of halteres, three pairs of long hair-like legs, and elongated mouthparts.
