Something is wrong. My weather app says it is 61 degrees with a 14 mph wind. Plug that data into a wind chill calculator and it says it feels like 58 degrees. it feels like high 40s to me. The flaws are probably that the wind speed is higher than 14 mph at the beach and the wind is coming off 56 degree water. I’m in long pants, puffer jacket and ski hat. Refreshing!

The time of day makes a difference in the light and how the ocean looks.
