Played nine holes at Farmington today with my friends Jeff, Jeff and Len. Farmington is a special place and it is always a treat to tee it up there — or t er up as my license plate says. A number of good drives and second shots as well as some clutch putts, led by Coach Harris who is deadly from inside 10 feet. Practice pays off.

After the round, I put my legs up the wall and put my arms in the touchdown position. A great stretch for my back and legs. Took some Advil for what may be a case of planter fasciitis in my right heel. ☹️🏌️‍♂️⛳️

It was a beautiful day albeit a bit on the warm side — 88 degrees. Fortunately there was a breeze. Those first hot days take some adjusting to get used to.

A very Zen outing.
