Carpinteria State Beach Park To El Capitan State Beach Park

Packed up this morning and moved (slightly) westward to El Capitan State Beach Park. The park does not require reservations yet (starts on April 1st) so got here before noon to get my “first come” camping spot. Not many sites taken - I grabbed B34 with an ocean view. $43/night (Including senior discount of $2).




Before I left Carpinteria, I got a few final photos:







Im giving Carpinteria a grade of “A.” Great town, driving range, great beach, great state park. I would/will definitely come back here. Up there with Boulder.
