Christmas Eve
Now you might say I shouldn’t spend Christmas Eve at a truck stop. We all wish everyone could be “home for the Holidays.” I do miss the smells, sights and being with my kids. Which is why being with lonely souls at the truck stop is important to me tonight. Maybe I can spread a bit of cheer in the community of strangers that finds home tonight at a this truck stop.
This is not a Christmas song, but the tune feels appropriate in some ways for tonight.
