A beautiful morning after sleeping in my tent (!) last night. I have been spoiled because 41 degrees this morning felt pretty darn cold.

I hiked across the campground to visit the Carpinteria seal sanctuary. Along the way and while there I had fun taking photos in the morning light.

It is a five-minute slideshow accompanied by two songs with “sand” in their titles. I guess I could have gone with “seal” in the title, but I am not in an Elton John mood these days.
